Personal self-defence training

The programme includes and provides theoretical and practical exercise for simple, functional and applicable self-defence techniques, covering the following main areas:

  • Prevention, identification, management and avoidance of risks
  • Avoidance, prevention and stopping of robbery, rape, kidnapping
  • Techniques for neutralising rivals and safe ways of walking
  • Verbal self-defence and practical exercise in possible attack scenarios
  • Psychological simulation and preparation
